Portable power supply.
Can somebody tell me how many volts/amps I need for a dc portable?Please??

The Dreamcast uses 12v, 5v, and 3.3v. As for how many amps, I'd say 2 amps should be the bare minimum.

9v batteries don't have much power to them, they won't even last as long as AAAs would.

As for batteries really jump on ebay and look for R/C batteries rated at 7.2v. Very simple or you could look for a DVD player's battery, many of them are 14.4v and have a capacity of 4000mA or more.
