here it is, thing that took me so long was deciding what batteries to use, ended up deciding on li-polys 3200ma
uses a hipgear
mini snes mobo
li-polys and portection circuit
original controller
headphone port

That's fantastic! Did you really bondo in the entire front of the controller and screen case? It looks seamless!

yeah I kinda did the bondo different then I usually do. the entire front is more bondo than plastic.

Looks very nice, like the diagonal speaker holes. Looks like a nice GameBoy!

Did you mean to give your name and address away (first pic) John? (that is my name too BTW). Might be a good idea to change that pic for a different one??

I know you explained how it works before (and batteryspace.com even has a diagram on their site), but can you describe how the protection circuit is wired for your batteries? I'll be wiring up pretty much the exact same thing this weekend and I'd like to make sure I'm doing it right without all the fun of fire and explosions. Perhaps a top-down picture of your protection circuit with an MS Paint explanation? That might be the quickest way.

You're getting pretty handy with that whole recessed screw hole thing you do.
