cutting heat sinks
i need to cut a heat sink to make it fit on an N64 but my brother lost a peice of my hack saw so i can't use that and the only other thing i can think of to cut it is a dremel. the problem is i don't know if it can cut it without breaking the cutting wheel. normal i would test it but i'm on my last cutting wheel now. would a dremel work or should i use something else?

The cutting wheel should work, just make sure its ok to use on metal. I've cut through (1/8") steel with them before without any problems, and heatsinks are generally pretty soft. Cutting wheels were pretty cheap last time I checked, so you could always just go out and buy more if you're worried about it breaking. Oh, and remember to wear safety goggles, it's gonna make a lot of sparks
