Is there another way to attach the controllers (Pc board with tact switches) to the inside of the case, besides using nylon spacers?

I'm almost done with my PSp, and I just want to know if I can use anything other than the spacers.

Easy. Place in your buttons and tact switches/elastamor pads (whichever you are using, probably elastamor in this case) and set the PCB over it. Once you are sure everything's properly aligned, hot glue the PCB down, giving a firm hold. After the hot glue is down, throw some two-part epoxy on overtop to secure the hold indefinitely. I'm doing this for my GCp, and I know others (like Turbo Tax) have done it. Should work fine.

Ha ha ha, I need to get into the hot glue business. You people would make me rich...

Of course, I use hot glue for everything too...
