Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

How will I heat the plastic and get it over the mould? Anything I can think of would rip through the plastic.

you use an oven :). Find a way to hold the plastic (metal frames or wood is good) and hold it up somehow in the oven until the plastic sags.
Without games my life would have no meaning.

This is a big surface area of plastic for a big surface area of vac former. so where would I get a metal frame that big?

you can also use an electric grill, check the sticky or PoD for links to different tables
