Is there any way I could achieve this affect using just a dremel or is there some other material i could use to create a wall/siding like his? in the ps2p

So he must have just been using black "plexiglass". Maybe acrylic is just what plexiglass is called when it is opaque. im going to make a cutout and try tracing it on the plexiglass sheet in other places to create a layer. And now i just need to figure out weather to use super glue or epoxy or whatever it is i will need and just sand down the sides to smooth any uneven edges and round off the corners.

I probably wont have time to get the materials till tomorrow... Still need a new cutting disk...

Anyhow heres a prototype of the front panel without the siding which im going to build next from plexiglass.

No he didn't have colored plexiglass, he painted it. You silly :P
Acrylic and plexiglass are the same thing, just dif names.

Superglue will work A LOT better than epoxy, trust me. The epoxy just snaps apart from the plastic. No good at all.

Alright I forgot... When i went plexiglass shopping i found some superglue that actually has a primer for plastics that helps it bond. I may start cutting out the border tomorrow or create some way to mount the lcd... suppose if some idea comes up soon ill use it :!:

I was feeling the heat sink without the fan blowing on it and it got pretty hot and was wondering if it would be better if i ran 2 fans or is there a better way to keep it cooled?...

Also what is a good way to mount my lcd onto the ps2 case cutout it has no screw holes either? superglue?
