the case was going to be made from cutting board plastic. I have yet to buy or test out its properties so I am not sure. Anyway, I am thinking I could do it if I make the LCD case two parts and put them together. One part (top) would be the actual cover and the second part would coform to the shape of the cover but be deeper. then I would cut all but what I need with a metal file or something. I really want to get that done soon, but I still need a screen.
