Alright, That one with the picture worked. Thanks, that helped. So I need to... Have the wire taped to both the things on both sides? (+and -) right?
Like 2 wires taped into the - and 2 taped into the +

Ok. I just got the plug cut and got the copper wire exposed.
Which one is negative? The one with the white on the cord or the one without?

Do they both have a plastic covering on them? If so the black one is +. If only one of them has a plastic cover then the exposed (Or "bare") one is -.

hmm....I think the black one would be negative, but don't hold it to me

If all else fails you can use a multimeter to check for continuity.
