vacume casing/other plastic stuff

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

you need to hold the plastic between two boards or it will slip off and dunk up your oven and not be fun to clean up :P

you really dont need a heatgun if you let the plastic heat enough

and make your cast at least an inch thicker than youwant your case to be i would actually reccomend making it thicker because you are using that table and sometimes the cornerss dont go down all the way

EDIT: a little off topic yahoo i just finished up my new table i used the halloween fear link all i need is to borrow my friends shop vac and wire the switches into it
when life gives you lemons make flux

oh... that makes sense :D .
hmmmm... I really don't want to get a huge sheet, cut it, and put it in the oven because I conuldn't make enough molds :( . Esp. cause atleast one will probably go to waste. So is there anyway how to make a 12x12 plastic thingy go into about a 36x24 (not sure about the dimensions of oven) oven? maybe get extending boards around the plastic
key= -----=board(s) side to side, [=boards going up. 0=plastic, m=oven
mmmmmmmm
m --- m
m ----[0]-----m
m --- m
mmmmmmmm except all the boards won't be that long, it'll only touch oneside upwards and 2 side to side.
edit: for some reason the right side of the oven isn't appearing... so pretend it's closed
