Cennar help me

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

with your cases how do you keep the plastic from not gennerating static on to the screen or the system because i was going to use a plastic box as a temp case then build the reaal one out of alluminum.

Use some anti-static wipes. They are made for professional photographers. They are used on the lens' to keep dust off. I tried it on my laptop and it works out just fine.

I was at Sayal Electronics the other day, and they have some GREAT metal project boxes. Some were a perfect size for a larger portable.

yeah I never had a big static problem... but if your worried build a grid of wire some wares flat and that should act like an RF shiled and ground. Though I can't imagine having to much a problem unless your dragging this thing on the carpet...
