what is the best site that give you good plans to build a vaccum forming machine?

this is probably the best guide, but i wouldn't want to heat it in an oven. what you should really do is get a good idea of how it works and build it according to what you think would work best

how does the electric grill heat the plastic if its all the way on the top and the plastic is on the bottom?

studio creations is by far the easiest one but if you put time into a good vac forming table it will eventually be a lot easier

i use the studio creations one and it is a little difficult to get the plastic to stay upright in the oven but thats pretty much the hardest part

nah, ill leave it open, might be helpful to someone wonderin about vac forming, mine was simple and mega cheap, it consists of a piece of metal with no less than about 144 holes drilled and 1" intervals appx. and 4 boards for the sides and a piece of plywood for the bottom, and a 69 cent pvc pipe fitting witha 2" outlet, almost perfect for a larg shop vac hose. the heater part is an electric grill, if i get some plastic i will make some cases and stuff, i want to but no $ lol, if i can find some polystyrene im set tho polypropylene melts too damn hot, over 350 degrees F

polystyrene is pretty darn cheap you just have to find a supplier
