How thick??

How thick would you guys think i should should make my psonep? I need room for all the basic stuff and was thinking 1.5" but well i dont know for sure?

That depends on a lot of things regarding internal electronics, board layout, screen placement, etc. Could we get some more details?

Don't get ahead of yourself, here. Once you've got everything wired up and working, THEN you can figure out how tall it will be. It's pointless to design a case when you don't know how much space your parts will take up
