is he ever going to write a second book? there are a lot of things on this site he could put on there. not only systems to, he could put in things like the radica game pinout and other pinouts in there.

Uh, ganonbanned... Interesting name... :|

Not sure. I seem to remember he commented on making a second book, but what he said escapes my memory right now.

He isn't making one. Some other members might make a collaboration, but it's unlikely

Totokan answered it well. The long version is that Ben didn't like the pressure he was under to make the book, so he is likely not going to make another. Members like Lady Ada and Gamelver have spoken about writing individual chapters and then putting it together and selling it through a cafepress store. However that kind of died out, so really a second book is not expected soon or at all.

If there are portables you want to build that are not covered in the book. NOAC-NES, Radica/Genesis, N64, PS2, and GameCube, there are plenty of resources to go through. Sorry to say that it will require a lot of sorting the info for useful facts but it's all there.

I see an oppurtunity of wealth for Ben, he has the knowledge to write a book that will revolution the way we think, but unfortunately he can't write one as yet, maybe due to copyrights and other stuff really. Everyone has to live their own life and do well.

But if you guys are so eager to make him wrie another book, i suggest you make a poll so when he comes back from his documentary convince him by showing him the poll.

I really don't think Ben would care as much about the wealth as much as he would enjoyment of portable building. I hate to tell you all, but Ben already stated he didn't enjoy building the N64p OR the PS2p. Why else do you think he wouldn't build any other current-gen systems?

It's highly unlikely that he will, but I think he should... He could help the other half of the portablizing community that way :D . Besides, he could rake in a huge some of money with a book like that  ! How many people in your school would kill to have a portable PS2? At mine, a lot...

Yeah, more people would buy an XboxP, rather than an PS2p at my school.

im mixed here i would like to see another book but what systems could he make portable in it. most of his other portables are all either way crazy hard (PS2) or crazy jampacked shut with so little space (N64)

i also think he should write another book as long as he makes more portables. like he did with his book now. and make a hanbuilt and CNC version that are a little less extreme (and by extreme i mean difficult) i guess a Neo Geo guide would be cool in the book but who has the money to make one and how many people would make one. a radica would be great, and maybe another atariportable

damn i juyst love to ramble on in my posts
