I have one of the adapters made by Nintendo, and it has the key chip to the lockout chip on it...
It may be necessary to work on the NES, unless you sever pin 4 of the lockout chip on the NES board....then it should work....

I think you're talking about the fami cart->nes system converter and not the nes cart->fami system converter, right?

Famicom's do not have lockout chips and those things found in sertain carts have have what is needed to unlock the lockout chip so why would it be nessasery to disable it?

Hes saying if you need it UNLESS you disable the LO chip.

now a little braging I now have 2 noac's I picked up anouther one sence they are so cheap in case I F up the first one and I know there is a chance they may get recalled
