This is rather embarassing, but I think still quite important to ask. I was building the my portable PS case and was done with the screen plate and then I realised that the measurements were off by about 1/16". I tried reprinting the templates, trying to get it to print the original size. The biggest trouble is that Ben's book says the screen plate should measure 6" x 6" but everytime I print, it gives sometime that's either too big or too small. Any suggestions as to how I might be able to get it give me the actual size? Thanks.

Isn't there an option to print actual size? On mine I think there is. Maybe it's just your printer and you might wanna try a different one. I know my library has computers you can print stuff off the web from for something around a quarter. Maybe you could try that.

I tried a different printer and set acrobat to print the file with it's original scale but it still gave me the same results. I was thinking that perhaps a slight discrepancy would not matter. If I were to follow the instructions directly from Ben's book, building the pPS, does the screen case have to be EXACTLY 6" x 6" in diameter in order for the screen to fit and the screw positions to be correct?
