If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.
I've had some problems with gamecube lcds, mainly with them being crap. I'd say your problem is with the connector from the header board to the lcd controller. It may be just a loose connection. I had the same problem until I took out the plug and soldered the wires directly to the controller.
yeah GC lcd are way too thick, some of them have a horrible picture, and they suck up a lot of power. maybe I missed something, but I don't seem to know what your problem is, korn.......
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!
Yeah, I have had some bad experiences too. The resalution isn't that great, and they easily break. My first one lasted to about 5 days before the warenty expires (I was lucky here), and so I got another one, but it lasted about 3 days before I got something happen like the pic above. Over all these screens arn't really that good. Get a PSone screen.
