Running
I had quite a conservation with s3ptic about running. I thought maybe some other people on the board ran to. So if you run post your pr and for ehat distance or maybe just who you run for
I run for Arlington Zack on Jv not varsity and my Prs 22:16 for the 5k
Well lets see, I run for Skyline High School in Oakland C.A.. My PR for the 5k is 20:03. I really like running, but I am more dedicated to soccer at the moment, so I skipped all the Saturday invitationals. Then I got injured so currently I have only run in one race. I am just getting off my injury and will hopefully be all good to go by league which is in two weeks. Anyway thats my story.

I run a lot when I train for the basket ball team. I have to do suicides all the time. For people who dont know, a suicide is where you run as fast as you can from under the hoop and touch first line (free throw) once and run back and then run to the next line (half court) and back, and keep doing it until youve touched em all.
Its HARD!!!
Its HARD!!!
I've been doing basketball since I was like 8. It sucks doing suicides. We use to have to do this thing where we'd run from one end of the court to the other four times in under 40 sec. then we would have our partner go then we would go again. And if anyone didn't make it we had to do another. We called them quarters
. They suck it's been worse though. My sevnth grade coach made us run 16 laps around the gym. Then we had to do 50 back and forths across the gym. I AM NOT LYING. It sucked majorly
You don't have to worry about the world ending tomorrow, it's already tomorrow in Australia
