im currently making a nesp, and i about to get around to making the case.
i want to make the case by cutting the front and back out of clear plastic, and then having a strip of aluminium that bends around the outside of the front and back edges and is glued to them by a thin sliver of epoxy on the inside.
i want the corners of the case to be rounded, but i dont know how to bend a strip of aluminium to create an accurate curve. is there some tool or technique to do this?
when i get round to doing this, i plan to use clear plastic for the front and back and then just paint the top surface of it, so that when the case is made, light will come through the sides of the plastic from a light inside, but not though the tiop surface.
it should look good.

Nobody seems to have replied to this, probably because it's fairly common knowledge how to bend things.
To bend metal:
1) If it's easy enough to bend it with your hands, bend it with your hands.
2) If it isn't get a piece of cloth (so you don't scratch it) and wrap it around the metal you're bending. Then, get pliers and bend it.
This "bending" I'm talking about is a twisting action primarily done by the arm.
But seriously, you should check this out:
