Post by peppers »

Ok first of all I dont relly know much about hardware and power suplys
so bear with my compleate stupidity but here gos

the adapter for it output says "DC 9v 500mA" I have a rechargable battery that says "6.OV RECHARGEABLE NiCd Battery Pack" I connected it to my noac it seems to power it fine but I figured I would ask people that know about it so any input would be nice ,thanks in advance

All noac's that I've encountered so far only require 6V. I find that odd since they seem to have just a standard 7805 on board.

have you checked to see if the 6 volts goes straight to the 7805? maybe it goes somewhere else before going to the 7805. maybe it goes to a different dimension, converts to 7.2v or higher, and then goes into the 7805 :P !!!!!!........or not
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

Do I need to do anything special in terms of power if I want to use a PSOne screen with a NOAC?

no, the battery to power the psone screen won't damage the noac.
