DISREGARD THIS POST
EDIT: Problem was due to blown fuses AND faulty cartridge wiring. Next time i'll use fine gauge wire and do a good job. The N64 itself still works.

So I've narrowed dwn the problem to the a/v fuses... they're the ones marked FILx right? Anyway some of those were bad, because the ohmmeter still measured infinite resistance. Should I just jumper all the fuses?

I bridged all the fuses, they were all by the controller ports, are there any ohther fuses? Bcause I'm getting the same blank screen.
