Sony to launch 'PSTwo'

Post by pjmk »

Sony is believed to be preparing a more compact version of its PlayStation 2 console intended to give the platform mid-life boost in much the same way it did with the original PlayStation. Sony announced the PSone in June 2000, initially alongside the original console, but later, once the PS2 was widely available, in place of it. Sony used the device to win over consumers for whom the latest-generation console was too pricey. You can search yahoo for further informaton. One site said that it would be out by Christmas!!! So for everyone wanting to build a PS2p, I'd suggest start saving now!!!

Yay! I have been waiting for one of those.
I mean, look how small they can get some Motherboards!
Via has 12cmX12cm motherboards that run at 1 ghz, and I was wondering when Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo were going to do something.

Mini-ITX boards are 17cmx17cm, but there are also Nano-ITX boards, which are 12cmx12cm.
