Has anyone bought one of these. Could anyone recommend a reliable place where I can get one for a reasonable price with not too long of a wait?

Well everyone says that Lik-sang is a good place, they have them for just under $10. Gannon has a shop and sells them for $2.50 but his supply isnt in yet so you'll have to wait until he gets them in stock.
