Ok, it's going to have to be slightly wider than you think, the N64 board won't fit if it isn't. Other than that, all power to ya!

ive got a 5.5in screen so i think thats accurate

Ah, I thought you were using the PSone screen. Still, 1/2" isn't much, especially when it is diagonallyâ€¦
