Did i fry my GC board?

I hear that its easy to do, but i haven't done much to fry it.
While trying to remove the female ports under the board i scratched the board a little, but not in anywhere important.
and i tested the board for a max of 1-2min without the heat sink because the thermal compound came undone, and i ran out of thermal compound applying the heat sink back on. Maybe i got some thermal compound on the board wile i was replying.

I can get pictures if necessary.


PLEASE HELP ME, I WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE ON MY PROJECT ASAP
