How do you connect a analog stick (on any console like PS2 and yes, the N64) to the case, and have it playable.

cut a hole on the case and glue the stick to hole so it sticks through

But I've noticed that the analog stick for the N64 is meant for the curved shap of the N64 controller, Thus making it a little difficult having it in a portable that is completely flat on the side you are going to mount it on.

here's a visual aid if it helps
if the surfaces don't quite match up, fill in the gaps with hot glue or something

Yeah, but it dosnt matter. It mounts just fine anyways as long as the hole fits.
