a "noob question topic" (though it doesn't have to be called that) stickied in each forum, where anyone can post a question and get an answer. This is to keep from every other topic from being something like "Hey guys how many AAs do i need to wire up my n64 kthxbai". people are starting multiple threads, each one for a new question, and it would be more efficient if all of that was in one topic.

, but because it's not "official", and not stickied, almost no one uses it, and I think it would be a good idea to have something like this, for the reasons above.
