can I piggy back on someones CNC cutting?

I'm working on making another Nes Dpad on a 360 controller mod, but this time I intend to make it cleaner and unpainted, which means getting the external piece cut the same colour as the controller I'm using. Now I have herd that CNC is charged by the sheet of plastic not by the complexity of the cut, regardless of how much plastic is actually used. If this is true, I was wondering if anyone is getting black on white 2mm plastic cut anytime soon. I'm willing to chip a bit for the cutting and the size of the piece I want is literally less than 3cm by 3cm. This is basically it:
