It is a combination FM/AM Radio & CD Player. And the speakers are in the back wheels
I've also recently bought one of these for him:

I think it would amazing to put systems into these:
CD/Radio
~ An N64 into the CD/Radio, with the cart slot being within the CD tray area, and the lid closes over it to hide it/keep dust out
~ Same thing only with Sega, NES, SNES, ect.
~ PSone utilizing the CD tray area for the disc being played
~ Same thing only with PS2 Slim, or any other Disc Based system (obviously apart from the X-box, 360, or PS3)

~ PSOne, or a PS2 Slim
