Anyone else get it every once in a while? Am I just doing really random bot-like searches?

Found this.
I'm pretty sure my system is clean (scanning now, just in case), so I doubt its from malware on my computer. I think it might just be from my bot-like searches when I search the same thing several times with a keyword or two changed.
