Ben's portable workbench

Saw the portable workbench- reminiscent of my fly-tying bench rig.
Care to give us the rundown?
It looks like Sintra or Trovicel, which i know you seem to use a lot. Do you have a good source?
Locally (central TX) it's mostly the thin stuff for signage. Online sources are pricey (3X that of say MDF)
