Anyways here are my concerns:
1) I would like to use an lcd screen, and was wondering if anyone knew how well the Innovation VGA boxes worked. Or another method to display from the GC. (I have an analog and Digital NTSC)
2) I would like to use a laptop battery, it says it is a 14.4V and 63Wh. I would like some insight on wiring the ac adapter and the battery to the system. I have the ports for the connections for the battery as well.
3) I believe I may have done my math incorrectly, yet I found tat the setup I have should last about 2 hours with a 12V to GC, 12V to lcd pcb and 5V to a possible VGA box (unless I go for the Innovation box that uses the GC memory slot for power).
4) Yes it is a massive build and will not be a hand-held, rather it will be the size of a laptop, if I can figure out how to either "cram" the dd in or replace it (trying an idea of replacing a laptop drive board with the gc board but leaving the laser alone...) I would like to also have a headphone port and would like to work with someone on wiring speakers (also laptop speakers... still looking for pin out on it though) and would like to know if a system from an Xbox 360 to HDMI to DVI would be the same as Xbox 360 to VGA? (Rather than a random post I just asked the question here, just a quick yes or no would suffice).
5) Final question, is it possible too turn rumble off in he GC with a switch without taking the controller apart, or is the signal for rumble with other signals on the controller?
I hope you guys can help me with these problems, I have been searching for a month and a half and literally have over 300 bookmarks related to this build, but still no answer to the questions...
Also for all who read this and cannot help, I thank you for trying!
