Gamecube will run off of 11.1
Look at my battery thread and use 3 of the 4700 mAh batteries.

also i looked online and I cant find any batteries that are 12 volts, inless there like drill batteries and such thats gonna be way to big
is there a way that i can use the smaller ones, they dont do 12 volts only around 7 but thats not enough so is there a way to like add more then one and increase the voltage
i am new to soldering and pretty much everything needed for building this thing

There are actually lots of 12v batteries around. You just need to know where to look for them. Batteryspace.com is really good, although for li-ion batteries you will need to pay the handling fee as well as shipping. I usually look up the type of battery i need on batteryspace.com and then use my good friend ebay!!
