Wii Laptop Battery Help

Hey, so some of you know im building a Wii Laptop. Build-log to follow.
So far im stuck on what batterys i should choose.
Here are the options:
1)
Samsung NC10 11.1V 5700mAh Li-ion battery. (Already Have)
Or

LiMnNi Rechargeable 26650 Cell: 3.7V 4000 mAh
Or
3)http://www.batteryspace.com/lifepo42665 ... roved.aspx
LiFePO4 26650 Rechargeable Cell: 3.2V 3300 mAh

Could someone please tell me what would be the best battery to get?

1 should do great, high amperage and I believe it's the right voltage.

for the laptop battery dismantle it, take out the cells, then by a protection circuit/smart charger as trying to charge laptop batteries ive found to be a royal pain
