hey i found a super joy in a bin at a junk shop and got it for $2.50 so i was excited but after i got it home it wouldnt work i got the ol multimeter out and got it working again but most superjoys i have seen have 76 game built in but for some reason mine is a 76000 in 1 so many unneeded games anyway i was wondering if thats normal if theres a way i can get it down to the 76 and also where i can get a 60 to 72 pin converter thanks
{edit} it also seems there are scanlines that are quite annoying is there anyway to get rid of those
{edit2} okay well the scanlines arnt as noticeable on my regular tv they are still there but it looks a lot better than on a lcd

Re: Super Joy III question
Sounds like it may be dead. They aren't super-durable and can die for no apparent reason.
You can swap out the cart slots to play American games, yes.
The built in games are normal. There are only 76 unique games on there.
The scanlines are quite a bit more noticeable on LCD for me as well. Probably normal, but not much you can do, AFAIK.

Re: Super Joy III question
thanks for the reply it works well im thinking about making it a portable without the cart slot tho kind of like "Life Of Brians" naoc#2 portable worklog here http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=27897 of course there will be major differences as with every portable i would absolutly love to fit it all in a dmg-01 (original gameboy) With all original buttons in tact im sure it wont be easy if even feasible
