GC regulator board issue

Hello, I'm Zeromous, this is my first post. Its a pleasure to meet you all.

Now down to business.

I'm am currently working a gamecube portable.
I finished up soldering pins for the power on the gamecube motherboard.
However I don't really know where to place the regulator board though.

*EDIT* Let me rephrase that. I'm not really sure where to place the regulator board on the mother board.

I'm planning to place the unit in a ZN-45 case attached to a JB-55 case when its finished.
