GMR magazine has a coupon this month for a $7.99 N64 eb, and also a coupon for a free dreamcast or n64 when u buy 3 pre-played games at $4.99 for the system. 8 buck N64 here I come

GMR magazine. Its a mag they sell at EB. This month has GTA San Andreas on the front. The coupon $8 N64 coupon is on page 90, and the $15 dreamcast/N64 and 3 games is on page 9.

My EB has NES games, but I never remember them ever carrying Neogeo...

I just remembered, mine doesn't have any classic games. Maybe they have some in the back.
According to the EB Games website, they have Neo Geo Pocket Color's. Maybe they order them in from another store? There are 2 other farther away from me.
