Gamecube DVD drive problem

Why does the disc stop spinning?
For more info: If you look at the screen it says there is no disc.

Looks to me like a Pot issue, try adjusting it and it should fix the problem.

I recognize the way the drive is reading the disk and it looks just like the way my Gamecube did after I installed a XenoGC Modchip. All I had to do was adjust the Pot.
