...Yeah. I'll try to get some pictures up, once I get the SNES and start working on it. I'm waiting for it to ship, so... yeah. The only problem is that I'm away from home and forgot my camera, so I'm going to have to try to make do with my computer's webcam.
Also, I got a SNES2 on eBay for $3.25. I feel kinda bad, because I was planning to spend $30, so I feel like I owe that guy another 25 or so. Anyway, the PS1 screen was about 30 bucks more than I wanted, so it evened out for me. Just not for the SNES seller.

Ok, for the battery case on the back, I can't find any balsa wood 3/8 of an inch think. Can I just buy some that's 3/16 thick and glue them together to make it 3/8 of an inch?

Technically, the answer is no since most wood is milled to just under spec. With that said however, you should probably be fine with gluing two pieces together. If you wanted quite a bit more strength, as balsa wood is very soft and rather easy to break, you could alternate the wood grain (ie. have the grain on the first sheet run vertically and the second sheet run horizontally). Also, make sure to use a nice even layer of wood glue and clamp the boards with even pressure to make it as flat as possible.pLover wrote:Ok, for the battery case on the back, I can't find any balsa wood 3/8 of an inch think.
