How do you attach vacuum formed halves together?

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

How do you attach vacuum formed halves together?

How do people do it without using screws through the back? I know that is an option, but I'd like to hear what people do without screws.

Some people use hotglue, others use clip mechanisms I think, plus several other methods I don't know.

There's no real need to keep it secret, Marshallh. That is, unless you plan on making money off of your technique/trick.

1. Put inch-long strips of styrene around the perimeter of the case, cement to one half
2. Put small amount of hot glue on the tab
3. Put together

Taking it apart:
1. Using a hairdryer, heat each tab for 10-20 seconds
2. Pull apart easily
