Is there a way to combine sega gen parts on a snes mother board ala Gregor Mendal?

Don't think so, but you could make a case to house both a Genesis and SNES mobos.

Umm.... you could put a sega CDX genny thing inside a Gennesis2 with some way to get the SNES, cart port, and controllers in there.
Why though?
