Hey! I'm a n00b, so bear with me. I wondered if you could somehow use a laptop LCD instead of the stereotypical 3.5 in tv screen or PSone screen to port a N64. Thanks.

Short answer: no.
Long answer: yes, but you need to do a serious hardware overhull, and it would cost way to much to try doing it.
