Lock Out Chip?

I don't mean to argue with results and I know that Ben knows what he is doing but I noticed the book does not seem to talk about disabling the lockout chip on the NES?

I do this all the time. I will explain tomorrow if nobody has by then. And I favorite a video on youtube of how to do it that I can give you a link to.
