plastic stickers?

Anyone know where I can get those adhesive plastc stickers often seen on professional products? basically its a sticky piece of plastic

not looking at decals, i was ripping apart a electronic device and the "face plate" was a thick plastic like sticker. its similar to a seal i guess on electronic devices to hide a screw if you can visualize what I mean..
