If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.
hi i am new to the forum so i am not sure if i should be posting this here.
after cleaning my room i found an old videonow color that i thought i lost years ago but it is pretty much obsolete now and has the same quality video as i get on my DS so i was wondering if there was anything i can do with the parts of the VideoNow
There's some content on Youtube regarding the Videonow Color, and I'm pretty sure I've heard tell of a video codec for it so you could make VideoNow discs on pretty much any computer.

This is the internet. It means nothing. Don't believe otherwise.

I'm a bit ashamed to know what that is. Please think about what you post, many young kids do go on this site and I don't think we want them to know about Bible Black.

Also, you're not going to find anything awful with a simple Google search, so no bawwwwwing about it.
On topic, I also found a bunch of information regarding the modification and repurposing of the VideoNow Color on a base Google search, so what gives? Why does this thread exist?

Oh my god... heh whatever you do don't look it up...
Anyway your Vdeo Now Color is completely useless, unless you have some experience with encoders.
If you don't, it's more of a pain in the @$$ than it's worth.

Anyway, I used to have a videonow color. You can mess around with burning discs, but you have to actually trim down normal CDRs by hand, and the results are not worth bothering with. Really, the VNC is a piece of junk.
