Executional file for simple batch command.

I need something to do while I wait for Bioshock to "decrypt" on steam. So, I decided Ii would add all of my game shortcuts to the steam interface.
My problem is, I have a certain game that I need to open through another file (yes, what I'm doing IS legal), but steam only recognizes executionals.
My question, how can I make an executional file that runs the batch command, minus brackets:["C:\Program Files\...\...\program.exe" "C:\Program Files\...\other_program.exe"]?
