Aww.. Factory! I like that game!

What you want is Basilisk II. It will emulate up to a Quadra/Centris, which is more than enough for Factory.

You're also going to have to get a copy of the Mac ROM. There are a couple ways you can do this:

1. Download a small program to copy your Mac's ROM
2. Find a copy of the Mac ROM online

For legal reasons I can't tel you where to get it, but my copy has the file name 1MB.ROM and it's from a Quadra series machine. You'll probably find a few copies of vMac.ROM, which won't work for what you want because it's the small, old ROM from the Plus. If you want to set up Mini vMac to play System 6 games, grab it while you're there.

Next you need a disk image. The Basilisk II GUI will let you make blank virtual disks, but they won't have a System Folder. Go to this page and scroll down to "Installing the Mac OS" and download the starter disk. (It has a minimal version of System 7.5 and a copy of StuffIt Expander.)

(It's also a pretty good overall guide.)

You will want to get the downloaded archive of the game onto the emulator, so in the Basilisk II GUI, check the "Enable external file system" box, and the box for your hard drive, in the My Computer tab. You might want to create a directory in the root of the drive just for Mac transfers, to make browsing in the emulated Finder easier. I suggest "C:\Mac Stuff" or something. You can make an alias to this later on once you get BasiliskII up and running.

Set up the GUI program with the ROM location and the starter disk, then run and hope it works. (It should.) Once in the emulated Mac environment, open My Computer, then the hard drive, and navigate to the Factory archive. Copy that to the Starter Disk virtual hard drive and extract it using Stuffit Expander. (May need to install that first... sorry it's been a while since I did this.) You should be able to run the game now.

If you have any more questions feel free to ask!

Here's a couple sites with a lot of old Mac games:

EDIT: This site has a good step by step tutorial, and has a good link to a Windows installer for Basilisk II:
