I doubt he did.. especially since he didn't do the PS2 in the book

Also, you could get a small wireless router of some kind and use that.

If you can find a small enough wireless adapter you can try that. The only other thing (maybe impossible) is see if a you can use a notebook adapter, but your going into something that will be ever technical.

Ahhhh, is that why it is called Project 42 and why he renamed the misc to Forum42 - 4 systems, 2 versions of each?

I was just looking up old posts and in the post where Ben alerted us to his renaming of the forum someone asked, I think it was Gannon, why the name Forum 42 and if it meant anything. He didn't reply in that post but I think that I remember at some point later him saying that we would see (referencing Project 42, of course).

However, I never put a reasoning to the name before now. Am I correct? Or is it just a coincidence? Or am I about six months too late with this amazing revelation?

Yes it does. To bad earth was destroyed 5 minutes before we figured out what the question meant.
Incase you're wondering, my last post was in reference to the hitchiker's guide to the galaxy. So if you didn't get them, Don't Panic

no the question was "what do you get if you multiply six by nine" which is not 42 (for anyone who wants to know its found at the very end of chapter 33 of the resteraunt at the end of the universe)

Unless you're counting using base 13, of course...
And even if you're not, it still makes sense.
