How to make youre own computer case?

Ok, havent posted in a whyle but I kinda forgot about this place lol!

Anyways, I want to make a custom computer case. Out of a ammo crate!

Recently I bought a cool ammo crate at a army surplus store, cus I just wanted one. Then I was thinkin what to do with it? Remember you guys and thought make a portabol, no to big? Turn it into a PC case! GREAT!

Ok only problem is, how? Could I gut a cheep case and use the parts frome it or can you buy the parts?

How would I cut throught the metal of the ammo canister?

Would I need a saudering iron? (I can get one if the cold heat is a good one to use?)

Mabe somone could cut it for me with a CNC machine (for a nominal fee?) then I could finish it?

Or mabe somone else could just do it by themslves.

But I cant find a ammo canister that big enough. Current PC case is...

20in. tall
18in. across
8in. wide

anyone know where to get a ammo crate that size cheep?
