how hard is Acrylic to cut?

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

I used Dremel to do a rough cut and then a bench grinder to get a smooth edge and shape. Saws were useless and Jigsaws chipped it (depends on the blade you use of course)
