I like this whole Idea of GTP, But Would Rockstar Aprove of You guys, Taking 2 Parts of their GTA Series name (You guys took the Grand Theft Part), and Kinda "cloning" Gameplay?

"Grand Theft Auto" as a phrase has been around far longer than the games, referring to felonious theft of automobiles.

Gameplay? We're not completely ripping them off. I don't see any "Rockstar Approved" disclaimers on Simpsons Hit and Run, and it's a "clone" of sorts of GTA.

And the font on the development logo? They ripped it off of the Price is Right anyways, so we'd only have to worry about Bob Barker running us over with the Big Wheel or [Rich Fields]A NEW CAR!![/Rich Fields]
